Microzonation Studies include all kinds of research, analysis and synthesis related to the geological Modeling of the land in order to identify all hazards in existing or new residential areas and to produce maps reflecting local soil and hazard conditions. It is defined as large-scale (1/5000 or greater) disaster hazard maps that reveal disaster hazards in which local ground conditions are taken into account in order to minimize disaster risks in line with the determined land use principles.
